Control device access and view access records

The Exchange has launched the Trusted Device Management feature to further enhance the security of users’ accounts. Available on the Exchange Web and App, Trusted Device Management supplements the current list of security features, including 2-Factor Authentication, Anti-Phishing, and Whitelisting.

Trusted Device Management enables users to control device access, as well as view device information and access records. Account access for non-trusted devices need to be verified via  emails containing a one-time password (OTP). Once authorised, they will appear in the list of trusted devices found under ‘Security’ > ‘Manage Devices’ in the Exchange.
