At approximately 11:15am HKT on 17 September 2021 trading of UCH token was temporarily paused in the App after our risk systems identified low liquidity of the token on the Chiliz Exchange, the only trading venue where UCH is available. The temporary pause in trading was immediately noted on our support page.

Trading of UCH in the App resumed at 16:45 on 17 September.

As compensation for the inconvenience to our users, App users who held UCH in their App Wallet at the time trading was disabled will receive USD 50 in CHZ token as compensation for the inconvenience. Eligible users will see CHZ credited to their account within seven days.
